Stay safe and warm. 1. In your BILL read and take notes over the nucleic reading assignment linked below. Only read the section titled "DNA and RNA" which ends at the section heading "The Double Helix". This resources come from an open source textbook site you may find useful for other assignments and courses. Nucleic Acids Reading: https://courses.lumenlearning.com/boundless-biology/chapter/nucleic-acids/ 2. Make a table in your BILL like the one below. Summarize the 4 biologically important macromolecules. If you write large you may want this to take up 2 pages. 3. In your BILL, Calculate the water potential for the solutions below. I know we haven't gone over this together yet. Do your best.
a) A 3.0 molar NaCl solution at 25 degrees Celsius is in a container with 3 bars of pressure applied to it. b) A 2.0 molar glucose solution at 28 degrees Celsius is in an open container. c) A 1.5 molar NaCl solution at 37 degrees Celsius is in a container with 0.1 bars of pressure applied to it. 4.
