What did we do in class today?
1. Water Potential Review
2. Water Potential Practice In-class examples 1.Calculate the water potential of a solution with a pressure potential of 0.46 MPa and a solute potential of -0.97 MPa. 2.Calculate the water potential of a 2.5 M solution of NaCl that is in 24 degree Celsius container with a lid on it that exerts 2.3 MPa of pressure. 3. A 2.5 M glucose solution in a container that exerts 4.5 MPa of pressure is in a 45 degree Celsius environment. Calculate the water potential.
