Warm-up 3: How many copies of DNA would you have after 7 rounds of PCR?

1. Lab: Paperclip PCR
2. Restriction enzyme practice

PCR lab questions
1.Describe the 3 main steps in PCR
2.What steps were used in OUR LAB to mimic the steps?
