Pre-lab for phylogeny lab (handed out in class) 2.Completed mouse lab (video link for reference: http://www.hhmi.org/biointeractive/making-fittest-natural-selection-and-adaptation) Research instructions: 1.Research any animal of your choosing. In a paragraph about the animal include the following: A.Scientific name and common name of the species B.A description of its environment (should include, but not be limited to: food sources and potential predator) C.A description of 3 of its adaptations that make it particularly well-suited for that environment D.DRAW a phylogenetic tree for that animal E.CITE your sources Due Thursday: None (work on lab) Due Friday: Completed phylogeny lab Food for GMO food day
